1. Inspect & Diagnose

We’ll seal up any cracks or holes they use to enter with real building materials such as copper mesh, custom 1/4 inch 19 gauge hardware cloth, and a variety of metal flashing. We do not use foam in the can or regular silicone as these materials are not chewproof and look terrible on your home. In addition, we make sure the seal we put in place does not overly constrict how your home breathes as this can cause mold.
We offer HEPA vacuuming of fecal and we use a truly green EPA-registered antimicrobial that is non-carcinogenic and safe to be used around the ones you love.
3. Prevent & Protect
After we seal the exterior of your house, our experts will come back to check traps and the seal that was put in place to make sure the goal put forth has been achieved. We offer renewable rodent exclusion warranties for some homes that come with annual tune-ups as homes expand and contract with the seasons and other contractors may have drilled holes that will need to be found and sealed to keep you mouse and flying squirrel-free.
